My colleague has two houses. Both are on rent. Can one of them be treated as SOP? What will be the treatment of the income from that house which is considered as SOP?

Dear Prith,
There is no concept of treating let out house as SOP. When there are two SOP, one house will be treated as deemed let out.
Both house ll be treated to be let out
u can't be treated as self occupied property because this two properties are let out property.
