A Manufacturer Purcahse of AC within Loacl Market ... in purchase Invoice VAT additional charge. Manufacturer can claim Input VAT credit on Purchase of AC.. which is used for Office not Manufacturing .

Dear manish you are not eligible for input tax credit because it is not use for manufacturing.you have use for office purpose so you wont get the input tax credit.
