If i don't want to put Adhar Card Number into ITR form ( ITR-4 ), then in that case , For A.Y 2015-2016, Can i face any difficulty for getting refund amount of a particular assessee ( LIC AGENT ) ?

Mentioning your aadhar no. Is only optional, not mandatory...the sole purpose of putting your aadhar number in itr is in case you don't want to send signed copies of your itr to Cpc bangalore the return would be easier verified...
Itr v. Can also be verified thru net banking of some banks. Aadhar no does not match for most persons as it website accepts only identical names I.e. surname....suffix etc in same order. Mostly aadhar name is taken from electoral rolls and there is mismatch in most cases.
No practical difficulty. As Arpit rightly quoted, it is only for the purpose of e-verification of your return and saves the pains to send signed copy of acknowledgement to CPC
