how to prepare law in just one day....

do basic of co.

go through ethics n see all letters, minutes, notice , etc in comm.

meetings is important

meeting and public deposit is important...but if u have only one day then leave it just sleep and have a one look on all chapter ...if luck favours u then u will pass other wise forget ...

Although I don't wish to encourage such practices but looking to the circumstances I advise you as under : 

1. Go to index part of the book. 

2. Refer the main headings (just read heading only)

3. Whatever you know; don't touch and go ahead.

4. When you don't know anything about sub-heading, open the page number given against the sub-heading.

5. Read only two lines thereof and come back to index. 

6. Continue the above procedure. 

7. Hope within 6 hours you would be able to cover major portion of syllabus. 

8. You may select only those chapters; where you know something about it (it will give some confidence).

bt sir...wen he says k he hasnt evn touched law...will going thru the index help..??? meaning going thru the index n recalling .....there is nothing to recall

If he reads two lines of each paragraph very carefully (by applying his mind towards the topic) something he will know about the subject rather than nothing. (you may also try).

(First of all, I  really don't believe on the words said by a CA student that without touching the book; he wants to appear for the examination - the caclubindia forum is so open that anybody can raise any type of question - just to know what others say - I contribute here to know the views (fun) created by some members to increase my knowledge (fund).
