Just payment of TDS will not work, you need to file TDS return as well then only the tax amount will be credited to account of the person whose tax you have deducted.

For TDS return filing you need to prepare relevant TDS return in offline utility and then the same can be uploaded on Income Tax Efiling website (if filing TDS return for first time then you need to file it manually).
