After discussing with many students and also observing how students write exams while examining there copies, I have found that there are lot of areas where students can improve and easily increase there chances of clearing the exams in first attempt.

Thanks Prabhat sir for your support, the article is really helpful. but sir I think nowadays ICAI is not awarding part marks in practical papers. I have cleared group 1 of CA Final in 2013, but Could not clear group 2 till now.

At final level there is no step marking as they demand expert knowlegde.

There is step marking in all exams, but will depend on whether that step is making sense for overall question or not.

Also to get step marks it is important that step should be properly explained. If you do all calculations on calculator and write the final no. then you will not get step marks.
