THIS WEBSITE IS A HUB OF INFORMATION AT ONE PLACE.
ALMOST, 90% OF THE FILES, ARTICLES, NOTIFICATIONS, CIRCULARS, VIDEOS, NEWS, EVENTS, ETC,,,,,,ARE FROM OTHER WEBSITES.
VERY LITTLE INFORMATION IS THERE IN THIS WEBSITE IS CONSISTS OF CACLUBINDIA.
THE STUDENTS CONTRIBUTE , INCLUDING "ME" FROM OTHER WEBSITES TO HELP OTHERS WITH NO INTENTION OF PROFIT MOTIVE.
AS HERE NO PROFIT IS GAIN BY ANYONE...ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CRIME IN RESPECT OF COPYRIGHT.
ADMIN HAS SAID THAT WITHOUT ANY APPROVAL OF THEM ...NOTHING CAN BE POST......
WHAT IS YOUR OPINION...?
IF IT IS A "VERY BIG CRIME" ,,,,,,,,I AM GOING TO TAKE ATTENTION TOWARD THIS BEFORE HELPING OTHERS ......

Good question, its obvious all will do copy paste for not gaining anything only to help all the students and get them updates and knowledge. approval if the postings what we have done should be good one, and its only in news articles or file sections..but in forum also if post good things if copy paste also its not consequence one person cant get much information from by own, he has to get from others and doing only help for others...All the best

Message : I don't think so that it is a crime bcz all we do is just for the sake of knowledge and nothing else,we are submitting from other site only bcz we want to share it and no profit motive so even i think there is no need of any approval from admin bcz here all members are only thos who are joined with ca or other professional course so it is but natural that quality is maintained. |

If u copy & paste any info from another website, earnestly mention the source therein. Say, if u are pasting a news article from ET, do mention its from ET and/or give the link...
And those websites, which are clear that their data shouldnt not be copied, either disable the copy option or explicitly mention that the data is of protected nature. so copying from those places, can be easily avoided.

But It is No Relevancy at all in this site to Post...then admin shud decide that wat shud be posted wat shud be not.............. bcoz many of us trying to just post bcoz of to gain points.....
n a article carry 100 points....then every one posting only article, getting 100 points if their is no bounding from admin......then no one is posting it in share file ot forum or any thing....just to gain points........
