if any unregistered GTA billed us below 5000 k in 1 day then we r laible to pay RCM on this amount or not ?

No.. since bill amount is less than 5000.
You are liable to pay bcoz gta is under rcm u/s 9(3) and exemption is only 750/- per consignment

raja ji if I purchase goods from unregistered dealer worth Rs60000/ in a month but not exceeding Rs 5000/- in one day. should I pay GST on it. if GST not paid as daily limit is 5000/- than where it shows in GSTR 3B

The bill amount is Rs. 60000 then you ll be pay Tax under RCM basis...
If you get bill less than 5k and above 12 bills then no need pay Tax under RCM basis....
