Gst migration for two business in same pan no
An individual is having two business in same state .One is having only State vat registration and the other is a service business which have only service tax reg. Both these businesses are not related. Gst migration has done using the PID from state vat dept. However the PID from service tax dept was also the same because of the same pan no .The issue now we are facing is ,as the both businesses are not related,the the business with service tax reg is not added and service tax reg and business address is also not added.
How can it be added as separate business circle or concern?

eldhose do u want to add that service business in the same business or separate?
if want to add in same business, then amend the application already filed after july 01
if want to apply separately, if then also apply for fresh registration after july 01

we can have more than one GST no in the same state for the each different business vertical for same pan. that's why there's is numeric after your pan in GST no.

Instead business are not same but single registeration is there for both service tax & VAT.
My client has 2 businesses under 1 PAN. He has registered for GST in one. Can he register for new GSTIN for his other business?
