I purchased a laptop from Paytm and claim the ITC by entering my GST No. in the month of October 2018. When I open the GST Portal i Saw in Form 2A that there was details of supplier exist regarding this purchase but when i clicked on Supplier GST No. then Portal says there is no Invoice found for the provided inputs.
Is it Technical error or Supplier Error??
Please Guide.

It is showing that Supplier not filed GSTR-1 Return for the month of October.
GSTR 1 file by the Supplier I checked it.
It might be possbile that Supplier has put some other date.
you can check in previous month or next month GSTR 2A
supplier maybe filling GSTR 1 in quarterly basis
I checked it that his GSTR 1 was file on 09/11/2018
99% online shopping is not selling B2B Bill's including Flipkart and Amazon they sell only B2C so you can't take ITC
