Can I pay GST tax liability by cheque ( above Rs 10,000 ) from SBI or any bank & how it take time show in GST portal for GSTR3B

If you pay online through net banking on GSTN portal by creating Challan the tax amount will reflect immediately . in Electonic cash ledger .
yes, you may pay through NEFT/RTGS, I take hardly 3 to 4 hours.
