Gmcs or residential programme?

Go for residential more peer learning and you can learn more in 1 month than in a week. People in residential pay 40000 so they are very serious in learning and participation. Gmcs is just felt as  compulsion and people take it casually I attended both residential and gmcs 1 & 2. I felt residential more effective for personality development. My personal opinion though.

what is this residential program all about? I've not heard about this. Can somebody help me to get to the details of the program.

Residential program is a program of 4 weeks held on Centre of Excellence (CoE),Hyderabad .

Salient features :

- it is a part of articleship
- no need to do gmcs I & II
- special session on GD, Interview. Soft skills , communication skills & personality development
- Get an opportunity to build team spirit ,and get excellency on project & presentation skills

Applicablity:

IPCC/PCC/PE -II passed students & pursuing last year of article ship Or completed
And recently qualified CAs can attend the program
