We have not claimed municpal taxes paid about 1.5L for the AY 2008 - 09. Now assessment is going on where they have not made any changes to the income declared but are disputing TDS due to non availabilty of Credit in our PAN.
Can we by any way ask the IT officer to include the taxes paid in the return. As per my knowledge revised return cannot be filed now right.
