Form DIR-3 KYC

DIR-3 KYC TO BE FILLED EVERY YEAR BY 30TH APRIL...

Ya i know that..but when i trying to prefill DIN the form is showing DIR 3 KYC is already filed for given DIN...in such case how to file the form

New version of form is yet to release and is expected shortly. and yes, we need to file every year before 30th April

DIR-3 KYC to be filed only once per DIN. Therefore, KYC which were done last year, need not be done again. Those person who were allotted DIN from 1st april 2018 to 31st mar 2019, only they need to file kyc this time. Similarly, who will be allotted DIN from 1st april 2019 till 31st mar 2020, there kyc will be done in April 2020. Kindly go through the notification carefully. Every second person is having this doubt of filing kyc every year. KYC per DIN to be done only once.

Agreed. However, for persons who got their DIN in FY 2018-19, the form DIR 3KYC doesn't proceed if I mention the DIN. It gives an error "DIN ____________ entered is not deactivated due to reason non-filing of KYC in DIR-3 KYC"

I am guessing that the form is not updated. Since the due date is April 30, I am wondering how will anyone file KYC if this is the problem for the new companies in FY 2018-19.  

 

Exactly.. forms are not updated.. Also, now ministry has issued clarification few days back stating that DIN holders are required to file KYC ANNUALLY and forms are in process of updation and will be deployed shortly. This clarification is in contradiction of notification issued initially.. As per initial notification, KYC is to be done once per DIN, but as per recently issued clarification it is to be done annually..

YES AGREE WITH MISS VATSLA ALAGH , IT HAS TO BE DONE EVERY YEAR NOW AND FOR YEAR 2018-2019 DUE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED FROM 30/04/2018 TO 30/06/2019. BUT UPDATED FORM IS NOT YET MADE AVAILABLE ON MCA PORTAL, DONT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE ON MCA PORTAL , ALTHOUGH DPT-3 , MSME AND MSC-3 ARE NOW AVAILABLE.

The same issue is coming for us too. We too got our DIN in last October 2018, but while filing DIR 3 Kyc, we are getting the same error as the "DIN ____________ entered is not deactivated due to reason non-filing of KYC in DIR-3 KYC in DIR-3 KYC". As per the the new forms were not updated yet, we don't know whether their will be penalty as the due date given was April 30,2019.

Looks like the MCA haven't put up the new form yet.
