please guide me in case of export of service taxable or not
i want to know that if we receive A.M.C payment in foreign curreancy & invoice also made for foreign address but we are provided service in india so on this case , should we charged service tax or not if not why ?

It is not export of service. To be covered under export of service not only amount should be received in covertable foreign currency but also service should be done outside india.
