Where do we get SBI TT buying rate (i.e. Exchange Rate) for 15CA/CB purpose?

Thanks for your reply.
I am not sure if this is the one.I am refering to Rule 26 of Income Tact Act, for issue of 15CA/CB purpose where we have to use exchange rate for conversion of forex.
Is this official TT buy rate given by SBI which we can use for issue of 15CB?
