I have been trying to register on the itr website but I am unable to do so.
Whenever I am typing the pincode the district section automatically uploads the wrong district. Can anyone suggest what to do?

Yes, please visit MY Profile Section to update as a communication address which will showing ITRs, for updating in PAN itself, please use online services and have these updated as needed.
Clear caches and update browser.
