I have never done efilling of it return since long... my tax is debited near about Rs.71350 p.a.
will I face any problem if e file it return for last 6 years and now on.
Upto what amount of TDS e filling is compulsory.

ITR filing is mandatory, as soon as your aggregate income exceed basic exemption limit.
But now you cannot file earlier year's ITR, unless any query from department.
From this year (AY 2018-19) make a habit to regularly file ITR.
