Revamped traces portal, conso file download failed

Clear the browser cache entirely, use Chrome/Edge in Incognito mode, ensure the latest emSigner utility is launched as an Administrator, and add the new TRACES URL to the Java Exception Site List.

I have tried already these methods, and also in personal laptop also. Raised issue with tdscpc and obtained ticket. Not yet resolved.

Used java 8 update 181, windows 11pc, latest emsigner launched as adminstrator, added Traces.tdscpc.gov.in to Java exception site. But everything not working in my favour.

Any tips?🤔

Today traces portal has resolved conso file download problem. Now successfully completed download and extraction to desktop.

But for correction statement, challan addition option not available. Even online option for challan addition available in old portal for previous year.

correction statement for TDS not yet enabled, only after making provision for online correction utility for tax year 2026-2027 , mostly provided 

Offline rpu does not allow to add missing challan during submission of original statement.

Online option as on date not available, hence need to wait till the functionality rolled out by income tax department.
