Dear frds/ experts,
One of our client, owning small pvt ltd company....having 2 directors, one is active & actual director.......another one is just for nominal.....hence they have updated only active director's kyc in MCA. and failed to update that another nominal director's kyc....In this situation, what will happen?? plz kindly let me know about its consequences and its solutions....

The Company would not able to file Active form on MCA and the status of the Company will be converted in to non active Company after 15th June, 2019. And the Company would be able to file active form after payment of Rs. 10,000/- as late fee only.
Better to do DIN KYC and file active form at the earliest.
