Difference between Fresh Issue & Offer for Sale.

To my Knowledge goes Fresh issue is the offer to Public to subscribe for shares

Offer for sale is the Shares that are underwritten by underwriters in case public fails to subscribe to the shares as stated in the Prospectus

Fresh Issue refers to the issue of shares to be issued by the Company  and Offer for Sale refers to the shares which the selling shareholders proposes to sale as part of the proposed issue.
