Could you please help me with the following queries:Which ITR form should I file? GST registration and an LUT are not required for this business model until annual turnover exceeds ₹20 Lakhs. ITR-4 can be utilized if the video creation qualifies as a specified profession under Section 44ADA and funds hit an Indian account; otherwise, ITR-3 must be filed. Crucially, maintaining commercial invoices and obtaining a FIRC/FIRA from the payment gateway is essential to substantiate the receipt of foreign exchange.
