tds was dedcuted against deceased spouse, so the wife filed itr 2 and added the income of the deceased spouse in her income from other sources and in tds mentioned tds of spouse and their pan, but refund did not happen for that tds remark was it did not match with her form 26as , so how to go about it now? go to bank and ask them to change the tds to her pan and file a revised itr or to just forget abt the refund? plz suggest best method for this.
