Hope you will be doing great. Well CPA is the highest qualification in USA and You can study in India. But for the exam, you will have to go US.

For CPA exam , its not necessary to go to USA buddy. There are centres in dubai & Singapore also. And even  the matter was in discussion to make even India centre for the same.Whether the same is finalized or not , i am not sure for that

 Dear, my knowledge says that it is not possible. You need to go to US for CPA Exams. Please update my knowledge, in case it is mentioned somewhere that it happens in Dubai & Singapore. It will be revolution for CPA Aspirants.
