Condonation of breach of regulation 65
I have completed my articleship and received successful completion letter from icai. During the course of my article ship, I pursued b.com as a private student. Being unaware about the provision for private student to submit form 112, I didn't submit form 112. Now as I come to know the same, I have to submit an application for condonation for breach but whether I have to submit 112 now? because I have already completed my articleship? Also what documents I need to submit now? Could anyone pls resolve my query ???

Unless Institute has asked for the same dont try to submit any such documents or details Voluntarily. Just keep silent on it, else you will axe your own feet. Now you are smart enough to understand what you should do
