Income received in Indian Currency in India by a Foregin Company is always taxable in India. Such income would not be taxable if there is any exemption granted in DTAA. Hence tax liability on such income would depend on following:

  • Nature of Income
  • Host Country of Foreign Company
  • Conditions of DTAA between India and Host Country, if any
