Sec 10(2)(c) CGST act 2017 composition dealer not engaged in making any interstate outward supply
No , as per section - 10 of CGST act person who opt for composition scheme cannot make any interstate supply.
No he can't make interstate supply but he can purchase for other state
Composition dealer cannot make interstate outwards supplies...
