As per CS is concerned, You can study all these subjects from suchitra scanners, as Now companies Act 2013 is applicable there is no option other than buying Institute book from CS for the 1st subject. Other subjects you can read from scanner that would be sufficient from examination point of view. For Taxes u can refer Bangar

waise if u r a qualified ca u need not to ask for any ref book dear.. already u had studied enough.....

now u can go for scanners + module... you will rock in exams...
