Companies act 2013
My attempt is in may 2016. I wish to know whether I should study Companies Act 2013 or 1956. Since, both are very different from each other, please help me out. Currently I'm studying 2013.

Dear Faraz,
Please refer the Bare Act of The Companies Act 2013, it will give you a comparative study of both the Acts in a nutshell.
However lot of sections in the new act is yet to be notified and till the time you may proceed with the Companies Act of 1956, it is always better to have the reference of all the older/prevailing acts.
