I took two houses (In same Apartment) for rent (Rent = Rs.10,000 per house per Month). I took 1st house in my wife name & took 2nd one in my name. My question is whether we can show HRA individually?

Yes, both are paying individually; and you both can claim in your individual returns against salary income.
