Hello friends, I applied for certified copies on 2 and Feb and have not received any message or mail from institute what should I do

Divya I applied on 21st jan.. Haven't yet gt it.. Called at icai dey say wait.. Asked me 2 mail at final_abc @ icai.in..
Bt I suggest dnt b hopeful.. haven't heard abt a single person whose mrks hv increased in certified copies.. no.point being hopeful
But atleast I will get to know about my mistakes and try to work on them
