Dear Friend plz tell me what will be circumstances if the client has deposited in deposit scheme on 29/07/2011 for which he has sold land of which the deed is prepared of 01/04/2011 is there any loss to the assessee.
Plz tell me the same as early as possible.

let me know that what is that deposit scheme ie., whether there will be special scheme in banks or financial isntitutions to deposit the same ( Consideration received) to claim exemption U/s 54.?
one of my client 's house has been acquired by the government for road widenings. so if he wants to claim exemption U/s 54 does he need to deposit under the said scheme.
