now a days its all a Cat-Rat fight. It depends how much a person is able to negotiate.

Companies have tendencies to pay as least as possible and candidate tries to get as much as possible.

@ mukund...you talking about only RELIANCE  & other BIG Companies...Please refer the thread of this topic which started with medium sized ca firms....You talking about Rs.50 lac pay package to ca in ca firm.....REALLY IMPOSSIBLE...!! You are just STUDENT...suni sunai baato pe mat jaao...its 12 years post-qualification experience says....!!

I cleared my CA in 4th attempt, currently getting 5.5 lacks.

In the first job only no. of attempts is imp, then only related work exp will speak.
