friend just buy munishbhandari handbook and start reading it.
law is very easy and no need to quote any sec if you are not 100% sure,you may write as per the provisions contained in comp.act 1956 and so on.
if you find any section confusing then refer bareact and try to interpret in your own language(mother tongue )after that refer the reference book you are reading,you will get more clarity.

and jst learn those questions which r most repeated ...
ssooon if u have time u can go 4 lengthy que..///means more q
remember imp sections for sure ......
and jahan pe kuch ni aata wahan pe the companies ACT 1956 aise karke act ka naam likh dena ....
will give a good view ...ye kisi ne tip di thi....
and don't quote wrong sections

hey hi... Munish Bhandari handbook is d best option for law..... n u dont need to remember each n every section..if u can remember some important sections..its wel n good...... once u start using any book.......keep faith on it only...n if u find it difficult then change but aft\er that dnt change it...hav faith on it................. Law is a very interesting subject my friend..

handbook dear.....
n if u find any difficulty then go through for that particular section... bigger one....otherwise handbook is best option...i used that one only n i scored 58..which is good enough...

In law since last 2 attempts allied law is getting good weightage & munish bhandari hand book is good but for exam purpose one should consider PRACTICE MANNUAL. in P.M. whole law is to be divided in no. of small chapters and amost papers come from P.M.

Dear I got 65 in my law from Paduka in my ipcc ....
that's why I won't prefer you to change the book until n unless it's really essential.
Yes ...RTP , Practice manual are must.
Paduka gives a full view of compiler.
So just don't take any decision in haste.
