CA final law

now since there are only 1.5 months left for exams, since you already studied something from padhuka,i suggest you to get munishbhandari handbook and study it for the remaining time, since it is a law subject you can change book as law is same in any book, but just how it is presented is more important, also paduka is a good book, but munishbhandari book is well presented in a easy manner to revise before exams.

also in the handbook only those sections are covered which are repeated mostly in the exams.

thanks everyone for taking out time and giving such valuable replies.i hv concluded i will buy bhandari as it is the most referred book and i wont leave padhuka as well but nw at such short time i cant understand and learn,i'll hv to cram up the things,so jis book me jo easy hoga will do it from that book.

please do practice of case study it can help you to make interesting the law

dear i completely agree with priyanka.and i had a very bad personal experience with padhuka.
@ rupesh- but then what shud i do?i mean shud i study from bhandari all thru from begining?
Munish bhandari handbook with padhuka is good combination. Refer padhuka for past exam ques.

ok thanks rahul, but is the time sufficient to refer both?i mean hw to balance both the books?

budding CA

just spend ur 1 hr. & compare bhandari's practical problem's answer with that of suggested/P.M. you will find that with bhandari's answer one can secure hardly40-45.

in exam we have to explain relevant section with expressing view on giving prob. so bhandari's hand book is not sufficient.

P.M. is best.

ok thanks gaurav,nw i will hv to stick to one book and get going.

Munish bhandari handbook is summarized n to the point it will help u to complete your syllabus easily, padhuka is detailed and good for practicing que (past exam plus rtp...) After doing chapter from mb see padhuka to check whether you cn ans all ques. Practice and revise more to get confidence in ths subject.

Dear Buddy,

Not to take tension. Just Buy the Handbook by Munish Bhandari & refer to the Practise Manual of the ICAI.

It is not necessary that One should remember the Sections. It is upto U that whether to write the Section or Not. If U know the Exact Section No. Then only one should write otherwise not to write the same.3

Well One more Thing to remember that Law is scoring Subject.

i wanted to know one more thing ,actually i m not good at allied law but i m cent percent sure for corporate law so if i want to do selective chapters in allied law then which chapters in allied law carry more weightage?i mean if i do only competition act,SCRA,banking regulation act in allied law and cover whole corporate law wud it suffice or shud i cover all chapters?i know its a bit stupid doubt but if anyone can give suggestions.

Hey CA Final law is not really difficult,,what u need is just removing your scareness first from thys subject, try to learn sections if u will be mentioning them it will create a good impression on examiner, also first read the section try to analyse what the basic crux is coming out and then read the text for writing in the paper accordingly and in a presentable way..

@ budding CA madam,

Madam u use munish bhandari Handbook for law.

Dont skip allied laws.

Take care of your health.cool

Skipping the things in CA exams and giving suggestions for the same is a blunder, try to concentrate more and more on the topics which have more weightage rather than ignoring the full topics,,,,,,,like FEMA, SCRA, SEBI, Current and Capital account transactions and the like are the topics of utmost importance, besides, this, the topics other than Directors are very very easy, u can take small reading on that - will be clear to you

and for Directors - the most important one - do scanner questions, you will be able to know how the questions are coming, their pattern and all, especially sumtyms case studys from Section 372A comes, so take a look on that....

OL D BEST...............
