i am doing icwai and CA together... now both of these requires 3 yrs training ( in case ICWA 3 yrs of work experience in any field will aslo cosidered)
i have just cleared Inter of both the courses and confused what to do as my final of CWA will be due within 1 yr and in case CA it will be due in 3 yrs .. so i just want to clear my CWA and go for job and take dummy articleship for CA .. is it right decesion ? i dont want to do CA articleship as iam already 23
Dummy is not advisable... but if ur opting to join an industry than its ok othewise big 4 n others will screw u....
I too suffered same problem, icwa requires to go for 3 yrs training only for doing practice as cost accountant but not for being in service.
so u r suggested to go for CA articles and prepare icwa final by completely ignoring articles in cwa.
I done as such and cleared cwa in june 2010 and giving attempt for ca final this november.
