buying a new property
I buy a property on 20/01/2018. I Gave a account payee cheque to seller. But the seller did not deposit a cheque in bank. What happens if the seller will not deposit a cheque I bank within three months ?? Will the sale deed cancelled?? I don't want to cancel the sale deed.. What will I do?? Please reply.

THEN WHY YOU WORRY? IF THE PROPERTY REGISTERED ALREADY TO YOUR NAME , YOU NEED NOT WORRY, IF HE DIDNT DEPOSIT THAT CHEQUE, IF HE ASK , YOU MAY CHANGE AGAIN THE DATE/OR CHEQUE.

The cheque no. And date mentioned in the registered sale deed. How can we change the cheque??
