Buy back of shares

In buyback of shares the buy back should b less than or equal to 25% of companys total paid up capital and free reserves. Is there any ammendment changing the it 15% of paid up capital and free reserves... ???

yes nw it has been changd to 15% . now as per buy back of securities (amendment) regulations 2013, 'no' offer of buy back for 15% or more of the paid up cap & free reserves of the company shall be made. For mr details see CA final FR RTP MAY'14 P.g numb x.
So it has to b 15% or less or it has to b less than 15% only?
