Bill to Ship to
Sir if A want to send goods directly to B by purchasing the Goods from C, Than in which date A issue Bill to B. if there is goods return than in which date A should make credit note to B ?

there is no specific provision relating to this case.. but I think the Invoice should be issued by A before removal by B as this is an implied supply taking place in bill to ship to model..
and for credit note can be made at any time as there is no legal provisions attached to same.. but still it should be issued on receipt of goods by C
