Dear friends,
I want to take secondment of artcileship. Its been 28 months completed, Left only 8 months ,please advice me what is the minimum period for Article secondment. Am i eligeble for secondemnt.

secondment is a hell a lot of headache(process wise)... u have to take permission from principle initially as well as at the end the original prinicipal only has to sign form 108. if he agrees (he has to give NOC) then u may tak secondment . Meaning : Option is at the hands of your Principal.
else one more option is to go for "INDUSTRIAL TRAINING" where THERE IS NO NEED FOR GOING AGAIN TO ORIGINAL PRINICPAL AT THE TIME OF COMPLETION.
