Applicability of section 92e and rule 10e

Company is doing International Transactions but not with Associated Enterprises so does this attract the provisions of section 92E.
and also company have transaction u/s sec 40(a)(2)(b) amounting more than 5 CR. (Domestic transaction)

Does company need to furnish the Form 3CEB ?
and if YES then it is necessary to show International transaction with Not ASSOCIATED Enterprises

yes it attracts the provision of 92E . Every person who has entered into an international transaction during a previous year shall obtain a report from an accountant and furnish such report on or before the specified date in the prescribed form duly signed and verified in the prescribed manner by such accountant and setting forth such particulars as may be prescribed.

ans also you need to show file form 3ceb as you have the transcation with related parties

and according my openion you need not disclose the international transacton as because there is no such colum in the annexure stating international transaction with other than relater enterprises. .
