Dear CA friends 

I have group 1 all  papers in final  to be an CA , how much time does it require to prepare for the CA exam, i had given my attempt 10yrs back , have been working since then and head the treasury team for a leading MNC to move forward this title is required. i can take few months leave for this may exam will it help or does it need more time

your advise will help me decide

3 months leave ok. Do smart plan. Leave unimportant things that consume more time. Do easy & imp things first. All the best future CA.

Considering that you are attempting first group after a gap of ten years, the time available (three months) to start your preparation should suffice. Make a scheduled plan and work on its execution to the best of your ability. Try to pick up the latest updated standard text books along with ICAI's PRACTICE MANUAL (collection of past examination Questions arranged orderly chapter wise), which will aid you to understand the depth and pattern of questions asked in past examination.
