Definition of Dependent Children in respect of Section 80D. Whether major children or minor children, if major then any age restrictions or not?

For being dependent is nothing related to Age, e.g. If children is persuing higher education then chances are there he may complete education by age of 21+ then also parents can claim 80D Deductions!
