Updation of signatory details on the mca site

01 September 2014 The Signatory Details of the Company, incorporated in 2005 (With 2 Directors) is not displaying in the MCA portal. As per MCA records there is no Director for the Company as the Company has not filed DIR-12/DIN3. The DIN of the director has been applied for recently. The company is in the dormant status and any Form filed on the site is rejected due to Signature Validation errors. Please provide a solution for normalising the dormant company as Form GNL-1 is not getting uploaded due to signature validation errors.

02 September 2014 The course of action is given is seriatim.

1. DSC

2. DIN

3. Roll check DSC.

4. Audited accounts form 2005-06 onwards.

5. Notice of AGM, Directors report, Schedule V of 1956 act from 2005-06

6. GNL-1. Attach detailed application supported by an affidavit.

7. On approval, status will chage from 'dormant' to 'active in progress'.

8. File all pending returns with in the time allowed.

9 On approval status becomes 'active'.

Form GNL-1 is getting rejected due to Signature validation errors.
If there is a form in place of DIN 3 of Companies Act 1956 in Companies Act 2013, then there would not be any problem.
Now as per MCA portal there is no registered Director for the Company.Upon viewing Signatory Details on the Portal, it says "The Company has defaulted in filing DIN 3/DIR-12.
There are two directors mentioned in Form 32 during incorporation of the Company in 2005. Kindly provide a solution.

04 September 2014 Move an off line application before the jurisdictional ROC and seek his/her executive powers to take up the matter to MCA.
