a. Approval of Accounts by Board
b. Audit of Accounts
c. Directors Report
d. Approval of Directors Report

Please also tell me that all the above may carry same date of not.

The procedure is this:

1. Call a Board Meeting
2. Placed the draft, Audit Report, Balance Sheet, and Director Report and Compliance Certificate, if any
3. Adopt the above mentioned
4. Place to auditor for signing
5. Authorise to director for signing Balance Sheet
6. Authorise Chairman/two directors for signing of director report.
7. Placed to Company Secretary in Practice to sign Compliance Certificate.
