23 January 2012 can i file revise return for some technical mistake found in online filing return of income after receipt of an order u/s. 154 from CPC Bangalor of the same assessee for same A.Y.

24 January 2012 Revise return is possible only if the original return was filed before the due date.

Further, revise return can be filed upto 1 year from the end of the assessment year or completion of assessment whichever is earlier.

Intimation u/s 143(1) is not an assessment order.

Accordingly revised return can be filed if the original return was filed before the due date and the time period has not lapsed.

Alternatively, you can file an online rectification application.
