Please explain process to change bank details after receiving refund cheque

you need to submit the request letter to change to account number in the cheque with one canceled cheque of your present account number to your assessing officer.

If return is filed online, bank account chage for getting refund also has to be done online choosing the link 'refund reissue request'.
