22 September 2017 If i paid 6000/- to a unregistered transport agency in a day for receiving the goods which i purchased from a registered dealer, then how much tax calculated on it Plz ans

22 September 2017 If transporter is a GTA who issued consignment note 5% GST payable.

22 September 2017 Yes. I agreed to Mr. CA R SEETHARAMAN Sir.,
It's GTA then 5% GST payable under RCM (CN/LR)....
Other than GTA / Local small (single Vehicle owner) its exempted...

23 September 2017 As your value it's not taxable if no more other URD inwards less than 1000 + Rent 4000...
It's gone above 5k then rcm ll applicable...
