a person is already a director to a private ltd company now he is appointed as a MD and my doubt is how to update this change in mca21 site and what are the forms required to be filed and to whom they should be filed?
Just want to add one more point to my earlier reply. In case of appointment of MD by a private company, the company has to file MGT 14 and DIR 12. The form MR 1 need not be filed in this case as the company is not required to appoint KMP under the Act
In case of public company having a paidup share capital of rupees ten crores or more,appointment of KMP is mandatory hence MR 1 need to be filed in addtion to MGT 14 & DIR-12
