Please said us can we will filed BACK DATED Income Tax return for 03 Years (i.e. A.Y 20-21,A.Y.21-22,A.Y.22-23 ) IF YES THEN PROCIDURE

28 January 2023 You can file updated return provided you have any tax liability ..
For AY 2020-21 and AY 2021-22 now itself..
While for AY 2022-23 after two months.

02 February 2023 ITR U Penalty Amount Rs. 1000.00 ONLINE Payable through NSDL in which Type of Payment Head i.e. Self Assessment Tax(300) or Other Receipt (500) Head??????????????????

02 February 2023 For paying tax u/s 140B, the taxpayer may use challan 280
with Minor head 300,
mentioning the challan details under 140B challan section under schedule Part-B ATI in the updated return.

for ITR 1 return (A.Y. 21-22) Income Details page we have mention our SALARY INCOME, OTHER Income and Deduction .....

Can we again Fillup our Salary Income, Others income in PART B ATI Sheet Column No. 1A) Head of Income under which additional income is being returned as per Updated Return
Head of income (If yes, Please specify additional income)

A detailed break-up of each head is not required.
